A business day refers to any day on which regular businesses conduct operations. We consider business days to be Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. A good rule of thumb for converting delivery time in business days to real-time is only to count weekdays minus any holidays. Our shipping partners are not active on non-business days.
