When should I expect delivery?

Considering purchasing an Endy product as a gift? Ordering now is the best way to ensure delivery before December 25th!

The holiday season brings exponential increases in shipping volume. While our shipping partners work hard to ensure speedy deliveries, please account for potential delays when anticipating a delivery, and place your order as early as possible.

Order Processing

Your order will be processed at our warehouse before it's picked up by our shipping partner. While our warehouse teams work quickly, processing can take up to 3 business days during peak times. We'll send you a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been picked up.

Estimated Transit Time

After processing, your order is picked up by our shipping partners, brought to a local station for distribution, and transited to you. While our country-wide shipping guideline is 1-7 business days, you can use the table below to determine the estimated transit time (from our warehouse to your door, in addition to processing time) based on where you're shipping to and the products you've ordered.

Please note that shipping to remote areas or rural addresses may take approximately 3-5 business days longer for local delivery

Due to extreme weather events and significant road closures affecting many parts of British Columbia, deliveries in the area could be delayed by 7-10 business days while local transportation routes and shipping backlogs are cleared. This could change as the situation in BC develops. We are working closely with our shipping partners to complete these deliveries as quickly as possible.

Some additional factors to consider:

  • As with any estimate, these guidelines are likely to change based on weather, higher-than-expected shipping volume, or any other unforeseen delays.
  • Deliveries in urban centres are likely to be quicker than in rural areas.
  • Remote areas outside of urban centres, reserves, and areas that require access by ferry are likely to experience slightly longer transit times.
