Premium home delivery, assembly, and mattress removal services are available in select Canadian cities such as Toronto, Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Halifax, and Moncton, through our partners at Sleep Country Canada. Eligibility and fees are determined at checkout.
During peak shopping seasons, Full-Service Delivery may be paused to ensure timely assistance and deliveries. If unavailable as an option at checkout, and your address is in an eligible city, contact our customer care team before ordering to arrange it on your behalf.

Standard Daytime Delivery
If your order is shipped via Standard Daytime Delivery, we're unable to remove your used mattress as a service.
While our standard shipping partners work as quickly as possible to provide quick delivery to all Canadian and US customers, they can't remove used items when they arrive with your new Endy Mattress.
If you require assistance with the removal of your existing mattress, reach out to our Customer Care team using the Help feature on this page. We may be able to suggest a local mattress pickup service, depending on your location.
