How does Full-Service Delivery work?

Full-Service Delivery is available in select Canadian cities such as Toronto, Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Halifax, and Moncton for $99 plus tax. Eligibility and fees are determined at checkout.

Full-Service Delivery is available for mattresses, furniture, pillows, mattress protectors, and select accessories. All other or ineligible items will be delivered via Standard Daytime Delivery partners. 

Please note that during peak shopping seasons, Full-Service Delivery may be paused to ensure timely deliveries. If unavailable as an option at checkout, and your address is in an eligible city, our team may be able to help arrange this before an order is placed. 

If your invoice shows Standard Daytime Delivery under Shipping Details, Full-Service Delivery was not added to your order.

Processing Your Full-Service Delivery Order

Once an order is placed, with Full-Service Delivery as the shipping method, our Customer Service team will contact you over email within one to three business days, with appointments typically scheduled within four weeks of purchase. Three days before your scheduled appointment, the Full-Service Delivery team will reach out again by SMS to confirm final details.

On the morning of your delivery, our partners at Sleep Country Canada will give you a call or send out a text with a 3-hour delivery window, so you’ll know when to expect them. Your delivery window is based on the route and number of appointments scheduled for that date, and is subject to change. Because specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed, it’s best to plan to be available throughout the day of your scheduled appointment.

Delivery & Assembly Services

  • Our delivery team will deliver your Endy products to the room(s) of your choice and assemble them for you.
  • If you order multiple mattresses and bed frames, each item will be delivered to the appropriate room and fully assembled.
  • Assembly and unboxing services do not include accessories like pillows, sleep bundles, and mattress protectors.

Removal Services

  • We will remove all packaging from unboxing and assembling the Endy Mattress(es) and furniture included in your order.
  • Our delivery team will happily remove your old mattress and box spring, one for each Endy mattress or bed frame purchased.
    • For example, if you purchase one (1) Endy Mattress and an Endy Platform Bed with Full-Service Delivery, we will remove one (1) old mattress and box spring.
  • Existing bed frames, headboards, or other bedroom furniture are not eligible for removal services.
  • Removal services do not include packaging from accessories like pillows, sleep bundles, and mattress protectors.

Please note that our Full-Service Delivery team is available to set up, arrange, and move Endy products only. If you wish to move your existing furniture elsewhere in your home, please do so before your scheduled delivery window begins.

Order Modifications & 48-Hour Cancellation Policy

  • If you ordered the wrong items, or if Full-Service Delivery was not added at the time your order was placed, you have 60 minutes after checkout to request a full cancellation using the Help feature on Endy.com. Once an order is confirmed, individual items can’t be added or removed.
  • If your order has already been processed without Full-Service Delivery and shipped with Standard Daytime Delivery, our Customer Care team will provide you with pre-paid return labels so you can ship any unopened items back to our warehouse.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your Full-Service Delivery, please call +1 (866) 544-0288 no later than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please note that it may take two to three business days for the Full-Service Delivery team to review your request, and requests made within the 48 hour window may not be accommodated.
    • Additional fees may apply if you request a change to your delivery date within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment.
