We're proud to offer a range of shipping options to suit any need. Contact our Customer Care team using the Help feature on this page to determine the best time to place your order based on your preferred delivery date.

Fast & Free Shipping | Standard Daytime Delivery

We offer fast & free shipping options to every Canadian province.* Orders typically ship out of our warehouses same-day if placed before 1:30 pm ET/MT or the next business day if placed after 1:30 pm ET/MT. Orders are fulfilled 7 days a week, excluding holidays.

Estimated delivery dates published on our product pages are estimated based on our average shipping time to your postal code. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed, and could change as a result of technical issues, seasonal shipping volume changes, severe weather, and other unforeseen delays.

Free shipping does not require a signature on delivery. Your package will be left safely on your doorstep for you to collect at your convenience.

Preferred Delivery Date

We now offer Preferred Delivery Date selection for orders shipping via our Standard Daytime Delivery service, Canada-wide. During checkout, use the optional calendar feature to select a delivery date that works best for you within 14 days of the Estimated Delivery Date calculated for your order. At this time, we can only plan your delivery for up to 14 days after the Estimated Delivery Date.

When you select a Preferred Delivery Date during checkout, your order will not follow our standard same-day/next-day fulfillment timelines. We'll hold onto your order, and ship it in time to reach you on or after your Preferred Delivery Date, according to the average delivery time displayed in our Estimated Delivery Date calculator.**

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we'll send you a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information.

Full-Service Delivery

Premium home delivery, assembly, and removal services† are now available in selecta Canadian cities through our partners at Sleep Country Canada. Eligibility is determined at checkout. Our Full-Service Delivery partners will contact you 1-3 business days after your order is confirmed to schedule a delivery date and time at your convenience.

Full-Service Delivery is available for $99 + tax.

If you select Full-Service Delivery, please ensure a member of your home (age 18+) is present for your scheduled delivery appointment. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Accessory-only orders are not eligible.
