What is the warranty period for my Endy Rug?

The Grey Geometric Rug and the Hand-Loomed Jute Rug are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty. For 1 year following your Endy rug purchase, if you experience a manufacturing defect covered under our warranty, we will offer a one-time replacement or repair of the original rug purchased. There is no fee or deductible required. The collection of the original product and delivery of the replacement will be completed by Endy at no cost to you. If the warranty claim happens during your 30-night trial period, the trial will be paused during the shipment of the replacement rug, and the trial will resume upon delivery.
