Second only to providing Canadians with the best possible sleep experience is providing the best sleep experience really, really fast. For that reason, we push new orders to our warehouse throughout the day so our fulfillment team can pick, pack, and ship orders as quickly as possible.
If you've changed your mind about your order, or realize you ordered the wrong size, contact our Customer Care team as quickly as possible to request cancellation. If you reach us in time, we may be able to cancel the order before it reaches our warehouse for fulfillment.
In the event we're not able to cancel fulfillment, we'll provide you with pre-paid return shipping labels so you can receive the order, print out the labels and stick them to the unopened Endy product boxes, and ship them back to us for free.
Once we've confirmed the delivery, our Billing team will process your refund and send a receipt for your records.
