How do I return an Endy Bed Frame?

If your Endy Bed Frame was delivered within the last 30 nights, you may be eligible for a full, pre-paid return. Email us at, and we’ll help coordinate the return for you. We recommend keeping your original packaging for the duration of your 30 Night Bed Frame Trial to assist with return shipping.


Every Endy customer is eligible for one 30 Night Trial for their first purchase of an Endy Bed Frame from Only first-time orders with a maximum of four Endy Bed Frames are eligible. This trial is not transferable.

If you’re not 100% satisfied within the first 30 nights, Endy will cover the cost of shipping for a full return of your Endy Bed Frame. Once you get in touch with our Customer Care team, we'll:

  • Confirm the status of your 30 night trial and verify your shipping information.
  • Provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label so you can arrange for free pickup.
  • Process a full refund to the credit card used during the initial purchase, as soon as we receive the returned product. And that's it! You're done!
