If your Endy Accessory was delivered within the last 60 nights, you may be eligible for a full, pre-paid return. Just get in touch with our Customer Care team or email us at hello@endy.com, and we’ll help coordinate the return for you.
The Endy Accessory Collection includes:
- The Endy Pillow
- The Endy Mattress Protector
- The Endy Weighted Blanket
- The Endy Sheet Set
- The Endy Duvet
- The Endy Duvet Cover
Eligibility
Every Endy customer is eligible for one 60 Night Trial for their first purchase of an Endy Accessory from endy.com. Only first-time orders with a maximum of four of each Endy Accessory are eligible. This trial is not transferable.
Endy Products from Other Retailers
Endy Accessories purchased through third-party retailers are not eligible for the 60 Night Trial. Every retailer has its own return policy, so please reach out to the store you purchased from.

If you’re not 100% satisfied within the first 60 nights, Endy will cover the cost of shipping for a full return of your Endy Accessory. Once you get in touch with our Customer Care team, we'll:
- Confirm the status of your 60-night trial and verify your shipping information.
- Provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label so you can drop the package off for return shipping, or set up a free pickup.
- Process a full refund to the credit card used during the initial purchase, as soon as we receive the returned product. It's pretty simple, really!
