Eligibility
Every Endy customer is eligible for one 60 Night Trial for their first purchase of an Endy accessory from endy.com. Only first-time orders with a maximum of four of each Endy accessory are eligible. This trial is not transferable.
Endy Products from Other Retailers
Endy accessories purchased through third-party retailers are not eligible for the 60 Night Trial. Every retailer has its own return policy, so please reach out to the store you purchased from.

Endy Accessory Return and Exchange Process
Submit your request: Start the process through our returns portal, at returnscentre.endy.com.
We review it: If your request is eligible, we’ll email your prepaid return label within 1–2 business days.
Ship your item back: Pack it securely, attach the label, and drop it off with the designated carrier.
We process your request: Returns and exchanges are automatically processed within 3–5 business days after your item has been delivered.
