What kind of warranty is the Endy Weighted Blanket covered by?

The Endy Weighted Blanket is covered by a 1-year limited warranty.

This Limited Warranty covers the following during normal wear and use:

  • • Any physical flaw in the weighted insert or cover despite normal usage, laundering, and proper handling.
  • • Any defect or flaw in the zipper assembly of the cover. Endy may decide to repair or replace the cover.

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • • A normal decrease in the loftiness of the filling after long-term use.
  • • Normal wear and tear as a result of laundering and normal usage.
  • • Comfort preference or size preference. Any stains, burns, tears, cuts, or liquid damage resulting from the use by the customer.
  • • Damage incurred by transportation after initial delivery.
  • • The product that is sold by an unauthorized retailer or product that is in any way sold as “used” or any other similar wording indicating the product is not “new”.
  • • Any modification(s) made to the Endy Bed Frame.
  • • The product that is sold by an unauthorized retailer or product that is in any way sold as “used” or any other similar wording indicating the product is not “new”.
