Endy bed frames are covered by a 1-year Limited Warranty with some exceptions.
The Adjustable Bed is covered by a separate 5-year limited warranty. For up to 5 years following your purchase, if you experience a manufacturing defect covered under our warranty, we will offer a one-time replacement or repair of the original bed frame size purchased. This includes all components of the bed frame.
There is no fee or deductible required. The collection of the original product and delivery of the replacement will be completed by Endy at no cost to you. If the warranty claim happens during your 30-night trial period, the trial will be paused during shipment of the replacement bed frame, and the trial will resume upon delivery.
If you purchased your Adjustable Base before November 18, 2025, your 15-year warranty remains valid and will be honoured in full. If you purchased your bed on or after November 18, 2025, the new 5-year warranty applies
