Yes, you can use a box spring with the Platform Bed Frame, Channel Upholstered Bed, Tufted Upholstered Bed, & Curve Bed but it’s not necessary.
We don’t recommend using a box spring on the Solid Wood Bed. The added box spring would cause the overall height of the mattress to hide most of the upholstered headboard.
