Once your order is placed you can expect the below post-purchase communication and statuses.
After your order has been placed, our warehouse will typically process the order in 1-2 business days before sending out for delivery.
Once our warehouse has processed your order and it is in the hands of our courier, we will provide you with a tracking number to keep you up-to-date. Please note: The estimated shipping date we provide is the date that your order is most likely to arrive. For reasons beyond our control, however, shipping is sometimes delayed or accelerated. We recommend you keep a close eye on your package, via your tracking number for shipping updates. As this is an estimate, we don't recommend staying at home to wait for your package. If your order has multiple items you may receive each item on different days as each item will have its own tracking number.
Once FedEx picks up your order on their truck, we will send you an email update. Delivery attempts will occur between 9am - 7pm for residential addresses and will leave your package if it’s safe to do so. During peak seasons, delivery times extend to as late as 9pm. If they deem the location unsafe, they will make a second delivery attempt the following business day.
