What is the Frontier/Evening shipping process?

General Shipping Process

After you place your order and select a Frontier shipping method, you can expect a series of emails including an order confirmation, shipping confirmation, and delivery update.

Our warehouse processes new orders in 1-3 business days before passing them over to Frontier for delivery. When the handoff takes place, we'll let you know with a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information for your delivery with Frontier.

At this time, it's not possible to schedule delivery for a preferred time or date. If you live in a multi-unit building, please be prepared to retrieve your order from your lobby or building entry point. If you need help moving your items, please request assistance from a friend or family member ahead of time.

Frontier Regular Delivery

If you selected Frontier Regular at checkout, you can expect:

  • • Delivery on business days between 9 am and 7 pm local time. Delivery time could be extended to 9 pm during peak seasons and over the holidays.
  • • One delivery attempt and safe storage at a local terminal. Frontier partner drivers are authorized to perform safe drop delivery. They'll assess the area around your home, and leave your order near your front door. No need to stay home from work on the day of your delivery.
  • • If you're not home for the first delivery attempt and safe drop isn't possible, Frontier partners will reach out to you to coordinate the next best date for delivery or hold your order for pickup from a nearby delivery terminal.
  • • Please anticipate 1-5 additional days for Frontier delivery if you live in a rural area, or if you've ordered a bed frame. We appreciate your patience.

Worried about safe drop? Don't be! All of our deliveries are insured, and we'll replace lost packages within 2 business days if they're not found after a thorough investigation by our shipping partners.

Frontier Evening Delivery

We offer shipping via Frontier Evening delivery to select postal codes in the Greater Toronto Area. All Frontier delivery orders require that someone be home to sign for your order (we don’t want to leave your Endy alone in the dark).

  • • Frontier Evening deliveries take place 1-2 business days after you place your order, between 6 PM-9 PM EST.
  • • The delivery date is presented to you during checkout. At this time, this date is not customizable.
  • • All Frontier evening deliveries must be received in person, without exception. If you are unable to arrange for someone to be home for the delivery date offered at checkout, please select another delivery option.
  • • If Frontier attempts to deliver and no one is available to sign for your package, the driver will leave a notice at your door.  You can contact Frontier to schedule another delivery date.
  • • You will receive a reminder via text message on the date of your delivery. You can reply to this message to communicate with the Frontier Evening delivery team.
