We'll do our best to make any requested changes, but we can't guarantee your request will make it to our warehouse team they pick, pack, and ship your order. If we can't update the address before your order ships, we'll notify our shipping partners of the address change.
After your order ships
After your order has shipped, click the Help feature at the bottom of your Shipping Confirmation email; complete the form to automatically inform our shipping partners of your address change.
Once your order has been picked up by our shipping partner, changes to the address will likely delay delivery by at least one business day. We can't guarantee the change will be made before your order is delivered.
