We will do our best to accommodate requests to change the shipping address, but cannot guarantee the change will be possible.
Our warehouse picks, packs and ships orders as quickly as possible, so our team might not have time to update your address before it is processed for shipping. If you need to correct or change your shipping address, you should contact us as quickly as possible (phone or chat is recommended).
Once your order has been picked up by our shipping partner, changes to the address can be attempted only, and will likely delay delivery by at least one business day.
If your order is being delivered via UPS and has already been shipped, we recommend sending address change requests directly to our Customer Care Team to request on your behalf. Making changes with UPS directly could incur fees. Please note, if you choose to use "UPS MyChoice" to change any details of your shipment, we will no longer be able to intervene on your behalf. This service is not recommended.
