Can I change the credit card I used on an order?

No, the payment method cannot be changed on an order once the order has been placed.

If a change in payment is required, please reach out to us at hello@endy.com and our Customer Experience Team will be more than happy to assist you in cancelling the original order. Please note that a change in payment method requires a new order to be placed, and therefore may delay your order shipment.
