Will there be delays?

We always want to keep you in the loop, so if there are any delays in processing time or stock, we’ll make sure to have this posted on our Endy website.

Processing delays are most often seen during the holiday season, so make sure to place your order early if you’re gifting Endy to a lucky friend.

If delays occur during shipment, you can usually see a reason and notice of delay on your tracking number. The estimated delivery date listed on your tracking number is not a guarantee and can change based on volume or issues during transit. If you continue to have shipping problems, please reach out to our Customer Care Team, and we’d be happy to look into your shipment.
