What happens when your shipment tracking indicates that your order has been delivered, but you haven't received anything or you appear to be missing items?
Your delivery is insured, and we're ready to help find or replace anything you didn't receive. First, walk through this troubleshooting checklist:
- • Scroll down your tracking page to ensure all items in your shipment were delivered. It's common for multi-item orders to be split across multiple deliveries. You may find that the outstanding items are "In transit," and will be delivered in the coming 1-2 business days.
- • Look around the perimeter of your home. To ensure your delivery is completed safely, our shipping partner may have left items in inconspicuous areas. Look near your front porch, garage, carport, or side door.
- • Ask your neighbours if they received your order. It's common for caring neighbours to take items into their homes for safekeeping. It's also possible our shipping partners delivered to a neighbouring home by accident.

We'll notify our shipping partners and move forward with any necessary replacements in a matter of days.
