My order was delivered but I did not receive it, what are the next steps?

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you don’t have everything in hand, don’t stress—we’ve got a quick checklist to help track things down.

What to Check First

Start here before reaching out:

  • Review your tracking details
    Scroll through your tracking page, as well as the carrier's website, to confirm all items were delivered. Larger orders often ship separately, so some pieces may still be marked in transit and arrive within 1–2 business days.

  • Do a quick sweep around your home
    Carriers sometimes leave packages in discreet spots for safety. Check your front porch, side door, garage, or carport.

  • Check with your neighbours
    Well-meaning neighbours may accept packages for safekeeping. It’s also possible a delivery was dropped off next door by mistake.
