In the event you ordered an Endy product in the wrong size or colour, you're welcome to exchange it for the correct variation within its 365, 100, 60, or 30 Night Trial period.
What You Need to Know
- Exchanges are available during the applicable 365-night, 100-night, 60-night, or 30-night trial period, depending on the product.
- Mattresses purchased before November 15, 2025, are covered under the original 100-Night Trial.
- For exchanges, the replacement product continues under the remaining trial period from the original delivery date (e.g., if the exchange is processed on day 14 of a 365-day trial, 351 days would remain in the trial period).
- Only 1 exchange is permitted per order. While additional exchanges are not available, the replacement product may still be returned within the remaining trial period.
