The 365 Night Mattress Trial explained
The Endy Mattress, Endy Hybrid Mattress, and Endy Petit Kids Mattress are covered by a 365 Night Trial. That gives you more than three months from the date of delivery to decide if you love it as much as our 500 000+ other Canadian customers do.
If you purchased your mattress before November 15, 2025, your mattress is covered under the previous 100 Night Trial instead.
To begin your 365 Night Trial, simply purchase an Endy Mattress of any size from Endy.com—you can pay by standard credit card or Visa Debit, or apply for 0% APR financing with Affirm to defer payment for 30 days and then make six equal payments over six months.
What this means
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your Endy mattress, simply reach out to our Customer Care team. While they may have a few questions to ask you about your experience with the mattress, our Customer Care Specialists will walk you through the mattress return process at your request, and arrange for a no-hassle pickup and, where possible, donation of the returned mattress at no charge to you, so long as there's no environmental and/or customer-inflicted damage.
If you purchased your mattress before November 15, 2025, your return would follow the same simple process, but under the 100 Night Trial instead of the 365 Night Trial.
If you accidentally order the wrong size mattress, your 365 Night Trial gives you a free, one-time size exchange.
Eligibility
Every Endy customer is eligible for one 365 Night Trial for their first purchase from Endy.com. Only first orders with a maximum of four Endy Mattresses and four Endy Hybrid Mattresses are eligible. This trial is not transferable, and Endy mattresses purchased through third-party channels like Amazon.ca are not eligible for the 365 Night Trial.
Endy Products from Other Retailers
Endy Mattresses purchased through third-party retailers are not eligible for the 365 Night Trial. Every retailer has its own return policy, so please reach out to the store you purchased from.
