The outer cover of the Customizable Pillow (previously “The Endy Pillow”) is machine washable. To prepare for washing, unzip the outer pillow cover and remove the inner foam core. Wash the cover in cold water alone or in a small load with like colours, optimally in a front-loading washing machine. Upon removing the outer pillow cover from the washing machine, fluff and separate any clumped filling by hand and dry on low heat. Use dryer balls to further prevent clumping.
