What does the Complete Protection Plan cover?
For three years after your delivery date, we will cover your Endy mattress for the following:
- Food and drink stains
- Human and pet-related stains
- Pen ink stains
- Accidental rips and tears
- Burns not caused by fire
In the event of an approved claim, this Protection Plan includes free repairs for stains and damage and fast and free replacements.
How do I file a claim under Endy’s Complete Protection Plan?
If you have any questions or need to initiate a claim, please use the Help feature on this page to contact our Customer Care team.
An Endy team member will help determine the nature of the issue, validate the status of your Complete Protection Plan, and help you submit a claim. Your claim will be processed in 1-3 business days, and we will provide a result via the email address used on your mattress order.
Please check your mattress for any damage or stains as soon as you receive it.
- If your mattress arrives or becomes damaged, you must submit your claim within 30 days.
- The Complete Protection Plan claim process requires you to submit photos of your mattress in its damaged state. Please have them ready when you begin your claim submission.
- You must keep your original mattress until your claim is approved.
- Your Complete Protection Plan may be voided if you dispose of the damaged mattress without prior authorization from Endy.
