What does Final Sale mean?

We take pride in offering exceptional products at great prices to over 1 million happy sleepers and counting. While we run various exciting promotions throughout the year, our Final Sale items are slightly different.

Purchasing a Final Sale product is an excellent opportunity to bring premium-quality Endy products into your home at the best possible prices, with discounts as deep as 70% off the original price. However, products marked Final Sale do not include a trial or warranty. This means they cannot be returned for a full or partial refund or exchanged for other colours or sizes. Final Sale products do not qualify for further price adjustments, including other promotions or discount codes.

Rest assured, our Customer Care team will provide a replacement order in any of the circumstances below, following our regular processes:

  • Your product arrives with obvious flaws or defects.
  • Your product is damaged during the shipping process.
  • You receive the wrong product as a result of an error at our warehouse.
  • Items in your order become lost, whether in transit or after delivery.

Before placing an order for a Final Sale product, please ensure you've selected the correct size and colour. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled or returned.
